Abstract

El presente artículo refleja los avances del proyecto de investigación titulado “Argumentación y ponderación constitucional”, que intenta puntualizar los posibles problemas a los que se enfrentan los teóricos del derecho que defienden una concepción racional de la ponderación, tanto en su versión particularista como universalista. Al constituir un avance, muestra el estado actual de la investigación y las posibles líneas de desarrollo conceptual y teórico necesarias para llevar a término el proyecto.
