Las sociedades por acciones simplificadas en el nuevo derecho societario colombiano

Abstract

Dada la influencia constitucional que ha recibido el Derecho Privado, el Derecho Societario, ha sido lla-mado a proponer alternativas normativas que ofrezcan soluciones a la crisis económica y administrativa Nacional; por lo que en este trabajo se aborda el estudio de un nuevo tipo societario: el de las Sociedades por Acciones Simplificadas, establecido en la Ley 1258 de 2008, la cual pretende facilitar el diálogo económico y que se favorezca la inversión, la dinámica de mercados y el impacto social que ello implica.
