Impacto de los egresados de los programas técnicos laborales. Una panorámica nacional e internacional del estado del arte

Abstract

El presente artículo hace parte de la investigación titulada “La formación técnico laboral en Colombia, sector de sistemas y telecomunicaciones: Impacto de sus egresados. El caso de montería córdoba (1996 – 2012) para este caso se presenta un estado del arte de la investigación reciente sobre estudios de evaluación del impacto de los programas técnicos laborales a nivel general y especialmente en sus egresados, a fin de conocer cuáles son las principales tendencias investigativas sobre esta temática así como sus resultados. De este modo, se hace un recorrido por los estudios que se han realizado en este campo a nivel europeo, latinoamericano y colombiano. Se concluye, a nivel general que las investigaciones tienden a evaluar problemas como la articulación entre el sector educativo y el productivo, la calidad de la formación y la pertinencia de la misma, así como la inserción laboral y acceso a la educación de las poblaciones más vulnerables de la sociedad.
