Incentivos fiscales en Brasil - una forma de ejecución de los derechos fundamentales

Abstract

l estudiar el plexo normativo impuesto, en Brasil, se enfrenta a un vacío legal, en lo que respecta al marco legal y el concepto mismo de incentivos fiscales. Investigación en la pantalla, haciendo uso de un método de análisis cualitativo, utilizando los métodos de enfoque hipotético-deductivo de enfoque descriptivo y analítico, la línea de fondo es ofrecer algunos supuestos básicos sobre el entorno normativo de incentivos fiscales llegado a reconocer el uso adecuado de este tipo de intervención estatal en la economía, puede fomentar el desarrollo de los derechos como la cultura, la educación, la salud, la sostenibilidad del medio ambiente, el desarrollo regional, entre otros dictados constitucionales
