Impacto de las políticas de incentivos hacia los estudiantes investigadores de la Universidad de Pamplona

Abstract

Este artículo presenta el impacto de incentivos en los últimos 5 anos, así como la evolución de la formación en investigación de la Universidad de Pamplona, además presentamos datos importantes: salidas de estudiantes, número de semilleros, publicaciones y número de eventos organizados. Para recopilar la información se realizó una encuesta en todas las facultades, se encuestaron 82 estudiantes, de 38 semilleros. Finalmente se muestra como en la Universidad de Pamplona desde el momento que se incluyeron más incentivos y se masificó la información las estadísticas viene en crecimiento al punto que 218 estudiantes realizaron movilidades nacionales e internacionales.
