Bases teóricas para el desarrollo de un modelo de gestión organizacional bajo el paradigma de la complejidad

Abstract

El presente documento corresponde a un primer acercamiento o intento por dar respuesta a la pregunta ¿Es posible comprender a las organizaciones empresariales bajo el actual modelo de producción, como sistemas altamente complejos? Para ello los autores realizaron un barrido bibliográfico por diferentes bases de datos, seleccionando artículos y libros pertinentes de acuerdo con su relevancia, clasificando y sintetizando los resultados en varias categorías. Los resultados permiten evidenciar una línea de pensamiento transversal a toda la teoría organizacional, coherente con la ideología expuesta por la economía de libre mercado, como también una incongruencia entre la lógica organizacional empresarial y los sistemas complejos en el mundo natural, lo que lleva a afirmar que en estas organizaciones se tiende a minimizar la complejidad por medio de procesos de estandarización que facilitan el control y garantizan el logro de su objeto central
