Competitividad empresarial de los pequenos y medianos hoteles ubicados en la ciudad de Barranquilla

Abstract

En este artículo se analiza la competitividad empresarial de los pequenos y medianos hoteles ubicados en la ciudad de Barranquilla, a parir del análisis del direccionamiento estratégico y la gestión empresarial, desarrollada por los administradores de los hoteles. Se tuvo en cuenta las teorías que sustentan la competitividad de las empresas, en el contexto de los pequenos y medianos hoteles. Se aplicaron encuestas donde se recolectó información cualitativa relacionada con la operación de los hoteles, como resultado del estudio se determinó los factores que inciden en la competitividad de estos negocios.
