Abstract

Este artículo tiene como propósito analizar la eficiencia y eficacia de la ley 1448 de 2011, la cual ha tenido avances en el reconocimiento del conflicto armado, la aplicación del derecho internacional humanitario para las víctimas y el establecimiento de medidas de protección para quienes reclaman la restitución de sus tierras. La metodología empleada corresponde a una investigación interpretativa cualitativa con enfoque analítico. El resultado fue la reflexión de las clases de ayudas humanitarias según la clasificación por víctimas. Logrando establecer la efectividad de sus acciones y el alcance social que de ella se desprende.
