Gestión del conocimiento como bases para la gerencia de centros de investigación en universidades públicas

    El presente artículo busca reflexionar sobre el discurso de la gestión del conocimiento y su aplicación en las bases para la gerencia de centros de investigación en universidades públicas, abordando el estudio desde la perspectiva interpretativa, bajo enfoques post positivista con el uso del método hermenéutico en contexto teórico, documental, tomando la revisión bibliográfica de trabajos de investigación de Jiménez (2007), Santillán, M. (2010), Canals, A (2009), Valente y Soto (2005), entre otros. Al respecto, la gerencia de centros de investigación y de universidades cobra gran importancia en la medida cómo se desenvuelve el conocimiento en esas Instituciones, igual en la capacidad de producir nuevo conocimiento y de generar innovación. A este tenor, las consideraciones finales de la investigación apuntaron a identificar fortalezas y debilidades de gestión del conocimiento en centros de investigación y de universidades latino americanas, también conocer la capacidad para generar ambientes favorables en la creación de nuevos conocimientos como el desarrollo de habilidades para el logro de los objetivos institucionales. ****** This article seeks to reflect on the discourse of knowledge management and its application in the management foundation for research in public universities, the study addressed the interpretative perspective on post positivist approaches using the theoretical context hermeneutical method , documentary, taking the literature review of research Jimenez (2007), Santillan, M. (2010), Canals, A (2009). Valente and Soto (2005), among others. In this regard, the management of research centers and universities becomes very important as how knowledge moves in those institutions, as in the ability to produce new knowledge and generate innovation. In this vein, the final considerations of the research aimed to identify both strengths and weaknesses of knowledge management research in Latin American Universities and also know the capacity to generate favorable environments in the creation of new knowledge, and the development skills to achieve organizational objectives.
