Abstract

El artículo es producto de un proyecto de investigación que refiere la descripción de un modelo de control de gestión orientado hacia el aprendizaje organizacional, aplicado en la Universidad del Rosario de Colombia. Este documento se divide en cuatro partes: La primera trata generalidades sobre el concepto del control de gestión, el concepto de la organización, el de aprendizaje organizacional y la gestión del conocimiento; la segunda parte describe el Modelo de Control de Gestión hacia el Aprendizaje organizacional y la última parte describe resultado de su aplicación
