Abstract

Abstract:This article takes the phenomenon of the human work from two different perspectives: the rationalist ideology of the antioquian engineer Alejandro Lopez, Graduated from the School of Mines, who published his thoughts on the topic in 1928, and on the other hand, there is a comparative analyses between Engels, Menger and Marx, to identify some similarities and pragmatical differences with the administrative proposals of Alejandro Lopez.
