Abstract

ResumenEl presente artículo esa parte de la monografía para optar al título de magíster en Economía Cargos de acceso en telecomunicaciones en Colombia: ¿una regulación eficiente?" (2007). En este artículo se presenta la técnica no paramétrica DEA donde se desarrolla el modelo de rendimientos constantes a escala DEA - CCR y el de rendimientos variables a escala DEA - BCC. Además, se presenta el caso de aplicación al sector de telecomunicaciones para los países de medianos ingresos. AbstractThis paper is part of the monograph to qualify for master´s degree in economics "Access Charges in Telecommunications in Colombia: an efficient regulation?" (2007). This paper presents a nonparametric efficiency method, Data Envelopment Analysis -DEA-, specifically, the fundamental DEA models: CCR and BCC. Finally, it presents the case of application to the telecommunications sector for middle-income countries."
