Abstract

"El presente ensayo tiene por objeto presentar un conjunto estructurado de propuestas sobre la política cambiaria y comercial para la próximas décadas. Dichas propuestas se fundamentan, de un arte, en una revisión crítica de los efectos de las políticas aplicas en Colombia en el pasado y de ora parte, en el examen de las tendencias y perspectivas en el comercio mundial."
