Costos comparativos para el Metro de Bogotá

Abstract

“Fedesarrollo y el Instituto SER de Investigación han venido trabajando en el último ano, desarrollando criterios, datos y elementos de juicio que permitan efectuar un debate serio sobre el proyecto del metro para Bogotá. Parte de sus resultados han sido publicados y ampliamente difundidos. En el mes de octubre se anunció oficialmente la entrega, en numerosos volúmenes, del estudio de factibilidad del metro, contratado por la Administración Distrital con un consorcio franco-hispano-colombiano. Hasta el momento, tales volúmenes no han sido dados al examen público para su crítica y debate. Sin embargo, el autor de esta ponencia tuvo acceso a un resumen de 208 páginas, con suficiente información para plantear una primera crítica y un conjunto sustancial de interrogantes. El presente documento recoge y describe esos trabajos. El Trabajo del Grupo Fedesarrollo- SER Los trabajos realizados corresponden al esfuerzo de un grupo interinstitucional de profesionales durante un lapso aproximado de un ano. Este grupo se asesoró, en cada tema específico, de reconocidos expertos en el área, y recolectó los datos más actualizados disponibles a nivel mundial.”
