Tratamiento farmacológico de primera línea para la depresión en la población adulta (>18 anos): evaluación económica para Colombia

Abstract

Objetivo: identificar, el tratamiento farmacológico más costo-efectivo para el tratamiento de la depresión en Colombia. Población: hombres y mujeres de 19 anos de edad en adelante, con diagnóstico reciente de depresión, vistos en atención primaria quienes no han recibido tratamiento previo. Alternativas comparadas: los medicamentos disponibles en el país y de mayor frecuencia de uso en el manejo de la depresión. Objective: to identify the most cost-effective treatment for depression in Colombia. Population: women and men older than 19 years old, with a recent depression diagnosis, which were attended in primary attention and had not received any previous treatment. Compared alternatives: most frequently used and available drugs in Colombia for depression management.
