El arte de la Ejecución de la estrategia

Abstract

Muchos especialistas y gerentes se lamentan de que, a pesar de haber formulado estrategias muy "consistentes", después, en el proceso de ejecución, no se obtienen los resultados esperados. En el trabajo se presentan dos propuestas para enfrentar esto: la práctica que están aplicando algunas corporaciones de designar un "Ejecutivo de Estrategia"; y la que presentan Charan y Bossidy en su libro "El arte de la ejecución en los negocios".
