Abstract

En los últimos anos, estudios sobre impactos económicos y sociales de las industrias creativas, caracterizaciones de los agentes del sector cultural y diagnósticos sobre diferentes procesos culturales desde sus impactos simbólicos, culturales, sociales y económicos, han dado cuenta del dinamismo de la cultura y su relación con la economía de los países (i.e. PIB, generación de empleo, promoción de exportaciones e importaciones, generación de empresa); de la articulación a procesos de desarrollo socioeconómico locales y regionales y de su integración con otras estrategias de desarrollo socioeconómico (i.e. medio ambiente, educación, competitividad, tecnología, convivencia, gobernabilidad, entre otros) (Sen 2004, 2007; Mallarino et al., 2004; caB, 2004; Mincultura 2009, 2010; Rey, 2008).
