Abstract

RESUMENEl documento realiza un estudio sobre la suavización de consumo, partiendo de los modelos de Ciclos Reales de Negocios, demostrando la bondad de esta metodología frente a los modelos de corte Keynesiano; pudiendo así llevar a cabo un modelo de tipo Data Panel que permite demostrar, que las familias de seis países de América Latina, escogentrayectorias de consumo estables, de esta forma se puede probar que los planes de asistencia social focalizados en productividad son eficientes.ABSTRACTECONOMIC CYCLES OF THE THEORIES OF SOLAR SPOTS TO HODRICK´s PRESSCOTT FILTER: THE COLOMBIAN CASEThe present document does a study on the smoothing consumption, from the models of Royal business Cycles, demonstrating the quality of this methodology against the Keynesian models tendencies; being able to realize this way a model Data - Panel model that allows to indicate that the families of six countries of Latin America, choose stable paths of consumption, so it is possible to prove that the plans of social assistance focused in productivity are efficient.RESUMOCICLOS ECONOMICOS DAS TEORIAS DE MANCHAS SOLARES AO FILTRO DE HODRICK PRESSCOTT: O CASO COLOMBIANOO presente documento faz um estudo sobre a suavizacao de consumo,partindo dos modelos de Ciclos Reais de Negócios, demonstrando o quao eficiente é esta metodologia diante dos modelos de corte Keynesiano; podendo assim realizar um modelo de tipo Data Painel que permite indicar, que as famílias de seis países da América Latina, escolhem trajetórias de consumo estáveis, desta forma pode-se provar que os planos da assistencia social focalizados em produtividade sao eficientes.RÉSUMÉMESURES INCITATIVES DANS LE REGIME DE SECURITE SOCIALE EN COLOMBIE: UN ESSAI ÉCONOMIQUECe document fait une étude sur le lissage de la consommation, sur la base des modeles de cycles réels, montrant la bonté de cette approche par rapport aux modeles keynésiens, qui pourrait bien faire un type de données de panel pour indiquer que les familles de six pays d´Amériquelatine choisissent les chemins de consommation stable, afin de prouver que les dispositifs d´assistance sociale ciblés en productivité, sont efficaces.
