Abstract

En el presente artículo, el autor expondrá las razones por las cuales considera que el Decreto 1717 de 2007, expedido por el gobierno colombiano, constituyó una intervención indebida del Estado en la economía, al generar una restricción ilegítima a la libre competencia en el mercado de salud subsidiada del Departamento del Chocó, debido a la creación de un monopolio a favor de una empresa estatal.
