La corrupción en Colombia: necesidad de refundar las bases de la confianza social

Abstract

La ausencia de confianza social impide que aflore entre los colombianos la consciencia de pertenecer a una comunidad moral que comparte la responsabilidad de forjar un futuro común, apoyándose en los valores de la dignidad humana, la reciprocidad y la solidaridad; y en su defecto surge un entorno de creciente desasosiego e incertidumbre propicio para las prácticas de corrupción. Entre tanto, el Estado colombiano ha contribuido al deterioro de la confianza social sembrando la suspicacia en la forma de relacionarse con sus administrados, e implementando medidas contraproducentes de lucha contra la corrupción; lo cual exige reflexionar sobre las alternativas que ofrezcan salidas a la trampa que encierra esta problemática.
