Abstract

El propósito de mi visita es hablar sobre el análisiseconómico de las normas en el área de la reglamentaciónfinanciera; en este ámbito quiero dictaruna serie de conferencias en la Universidad: conceptoseconómicos (conceptos sobre la oferta y la demanda);los riesgos subjetivos; las diferentes técnicaseconómicas y los enfoques económicos que hanafectado el desarrollo del derecho en Estados Unidos,así como el análisis de algunos temas metodológicos,legales y jurídicos de su aplicación. Tal es en resumenel temario de mis charlas para este programa depostgrado.
