Abstract

Ésta es una monografía sobre la arana viuda negra" y la disfunción eréctil masculina yde una investigación científica que ilustra de manera espléndida algunos aspectos del desarrollolocal y endógeno, tema asaz importante en la doble actualidad: la de la sociedad delconocimiento y la del desarrollo, en plena crisis del 2009. Se trata de un caso de creaciónde sinergía cognitiva en una surena y rezagada región chilena, algo así como la piedra filosofalconvertidora de plomo en oro, el ideal de toda propuesta de desarrollo. Más allá de lametáfora, se trata de un hecho real que permite mostrar tanto una síntesis de la teoría delcambio social en el territorio como un ejemplo concreto, importante y notable, de unainvestigación que se ajusta estrechamente a los postulados de la mainstream en materia de desarrollo en el territorio"
