Abstract

La ciencia económica está expuesta, como el Gato de Cheshire de la novela de Lewis Carroll, a estar de un solo lado del espejo, viéndose a sí misma, pero si se presta atención, la ciencia económica podría verse del otro lado del espejo, afuera de la frontera visible y con la posibilidad de entender su mundo desde una barrera aparentemente impene-trable. Quizá uno de los espejos más infranqueables en la ciencia económica moderna ha sido la perspectiva neoclásica que se ha montado sobre un sistema ideológico que ha impedido traspasar sus fronteras y entender “su habitación” del otro lado del espejo.
