Diagnóstico de competitividad del turismo en Boyacá (Colombia)

Abstract

Este artículo presenta un diagnóstico del turismo de Boyacá (Colombia). Para tal efecto se realizó el estudio en siete destinos turísticos mediante la cadena de valor. Se efectuaron 368 entrevistas a empresarios, turistas, habitantes y gobierno. Dentro de las conclusiones se tiene que Boyacá y sus destinos turísticos requieren incrementar su competitividad, sin embargo, los diversos problemas que se encuentran en las cadenas de valor de los destinos turísticos impiden el logro de este objetivo.
