Factores asociados con la desafiliación social en reincorporados de las FARC en el Valle del Cauca - 2019

Abstract

Resumen: La inclusión social de los exguerrilleros está ligada a la implementación del Acuerdo final para la Terminación del Conflicto y la Construcción de una Paz Estable y Duradera. El acuerdo prometió reincorporación social, económica y política. Este artículo caracteriza la población de exguerrilleros del Valle del Cauca mediante un índice multidimensional de desafiliación y la construcción de árboles de regresión con el modelo CTR en SPSS. Los resultados permiten establecer que el proceso de reincorporación es heterogéneo, y que los factores con más incidencia en la desafiliación son los siguientes: estar desempleado o vinculado a trabajos informales, tener personas a cargo, y tener entre 18 y 56 años. En este grupo sobresalen personas con discapacidad física o mental, afrocolombianos e indígenas con escasa formación académica y experiencia laboral, y que no tienen arraigo en las ciudades. Estas personas enfrentan altos riesgos de caer en pobreza extrema, reincidir o vincularse a la delincuencia, lo que constituye un desafío para el Estado y la sociedad.
