Necropolítica y capitalismo gore en la región del Pacífico sur colombiano

Abstract

Resumen: Este artículo propone analizar algunos aspectos del panorama actual del pacífico sur colombiano bajo la luz de los conceptos de “necropolítica” (acunado por el intelectual camerunés Achille Mbembe) y “capitalismo gore” (desarrollado por la filósofa mexicana Sayak Valencia). La metodología utilizada para la recolección de la información analizada consistió en un trabajo de campo etnográfico realizado durante cinco meses en siete municipios del departamento de Narino, en la región del pacífico sur colombiano. Los desarrollos teóricos de estos dos autores permiten analizar las formas actuales de la violencia desplegada sobre esta región y sus implicaciones en la cotidianidad de los habitantes.
