Estado, empresarios y estrategias relacionales en la configuración de un nuevo sector industrial en Córdoba, Argentina

Abstract

RESUMEN: El objetivo del artículo es analizar la incidencia de las estrategias relacionales del Estado provincial y los empre-sarios en la configuración de un nuevo sector industrial, a través del estudio del caso del sector de Software y Servicios Informáticos de Córdoba, Argentina, a partir del ano 2000. La estrategia metodológica es cualitativa y consiste en una reconstrucción histórica del proceso de desarrollo sectorial en torno a la instalación de lacues-tión, elarmadode las políticas públicas relevantes y el posterior desempeno económico sectorial, empleando las técnicas de análisis bibliográfico y documental, y entrevistas a informantes clave. Los principales resultados muestran que la articulación entre intervenciones estatales de calidad y una acción empresaria local orientada al crecimiento sectorial, con altos grados de enraizamiento y reciprocidad, favorecieron el creciente dinamis-mo del sector analizado durante los anos 2000
