La distribución del territorio antioqueno entre grupos armados ilegales: un modelo de estabilidad territorial y valoración estratégica

Abstract

Las características geográficas juegan un papel importante en las decisiones sobre localización que deben tomar los actores del conflicto armado: grupos ilegales, fuerzas regulares y población civil. En este caso, se propone un modelo de estabilidad territorial y un índice de valoración estratégica, desarrollados bajo la metodología de las redes y aplicados a zonas rurales del departamento de Antioquia para hallar los núcleos de acción - territorios estables - de las FARC, ELN y Paramilitares, descubriendo el perfil de características geográficas y de entorno óptimas para cada grupo ilegal. Por último, se halla la distribución del territorio antioqueno entre los agentes armados ilegales.
