Abstract

Resumen En este artículo se presenta la creación de la metáfora del cuerpo humano en relación con la organización, para determinar elementos indispensables que las pymes (pequenas y medianas empresas) pueden tomar en cuenta para sobrevivir en el mercado. En la metodología se describen los pasos requeridos para crear una metáfora, donde se identifican y contraponen aspectos anatómicos y fisiológicos del cuerpo con características estructurales y funcionales de la organización, teniendo como finalidad encontrar una interrelación entre los dos sistemas de estudio, desde un enfoque sistémico. Dentro de los resultados encontrados se muestran las asociaciones entre el sistema respiratorio-área comercial, sistema circulatorio-área financiera y sistema tegumentario-imagen corporativa.
