Gestión Empresarial Competitiva de los Agronegocios en Guerrero, México

Abstract

Las crisis financieras en México han puesto de manifiesto los retos que enfrentarán los modelos económicos, relacionado a la capacidad competitiva de los agronegocios. El objetivo de este artículo es describir los factores que influyen en la gestión empresarial competitiva de los agronegocios en el Estado de Guerrero (México), y proponer un Modelo de Gestión Empresarial evolutivo, de acuerdo a su tipología. La investigación es descriptiva y transversal, y genera información a través de entrevistas. Los factores identificados son: liderazgo, estructura organizacional y redes sociales; otros factores con menor injerencia son: poder de negociación, inversión e innovación. Estos últimos muestran una estimulación al siguiente nivel de gestión empresarial en los agronegocios. Se identificaron los Agronegocios Autosuficientes (AGNA) y los Agronegocios Competitivos (AGCO).
