Aprendizaje y desempeno organizacional bajo el enfoque de las teorías organizacionales

Abstract

El aprendizaje organizacional es un proceso dinámico que involucra a los individuos, a los grupos y a las organizaciones, en un proceso de mejoramiento continuo; es una variable de la perdurabilidad de las mismas y juega un papel importante en la innovación, la estrategia, la productividad, la toma de decisiones y el cambio organizacional. Mediante este, se incrementan el desempeno y los resultados. Es así como el aprendizaje organizacional se convierte en un proceso a fomentar en las organizaciones que buscan mantener la excelencia y altos niveles de competitividad, bajo el enfoque de las teorías de sistemas, de la contingencia y evolucionalista, las cuales adoptan el cambio como parte de su filosofía de acción, y al hombre, como su principal recurso, el más importante y el que mayor valor agregado le anade a sus procesos. ******** Organizational learning is a dynamic process that involves individuals, groups, and organizations in a process of continuous improvement; it is a variable in the durability of them and plays an important role in innovation, strategy, productivity, decision-making, and organizational change, increasing performance and results. Thus, organizational learning becomes a process to be encouraged in organizations seeking to maintain excellence and high levels of competitiveness from the standpoint of the systems, contingency, and evolution theories; they adopt change as part of their philosophy action and man as their main resource, the most important, and the one that will provide greater added value to their processes.
