Tendencias Del Bienestar Universitario En Colombia

Abstract

Este artículo es una exposición de los conceptos más importantes asociados al bienestar especialmente el relacionado con el bienestar universitario, entendido éste no sólo en el sentido expresado en el documento Lineamientos para la acreditación de programas del Consejo Nacional de Acreditación (CNA, 2006), a saber, que los servicios que se prestan sean suficientes, adecuados y accesibles y que sean utilizados por profesores, estudiantes y personal administrativo,sino que respondan a la política integral de bienestar universitario definida por la institución. En este artículo se presentan las tendencias que se vienen trabajando en el país y en el mundo en relación con el bienestar, al fin de orientar a los planificadores de estas políticas en las instituciones de educación superior(IES).
