Economía política marxista: los debates en Cuadernos del Sur (1985-1989)

Abstract

El trabajo analiza los debates económicos en la revista Cuadernos del Sur (CS) en su primer periodo (1985-1989). Esta, que se caracterizó por una perspectiva intelectual de raíz marxista en economía política, constituye una pieza histórica de vacancia para captar las controversias en economía de la época. El abordaje se realiza desde la metodología del análisis de publicaciones con perspectiva económica y se pone la atención en las concepciones, herramientas de análisis y visión general de sus promotores. Sostenemos que la publicación mantenía una línea interpretativa de raíz histórica que identificaba la crisis económica contemporánea de los ochenta como parte de una nueva fase de reestructuración capitalista análoga a la desarrollada en tiempos del modelo agroexportador (1880-1930). A pesar de la pluralidad de voces intelectuales que pasaron por sus páginas, este marco analítico permitió encuadrar el análisis económico de una forma homogénea para entender el papel de la Argentina en el proceso internacional.
