La equidad y la constitución de 1991

Abstract

El cuatro de julio del presente ano se cumplen 20 anos de expedida la Carta Magna, la que generó, en su momento, muchas expectativas en diferentes aspectos. En Colombia la distribución desigual del ingreso y la pobreza siempre han estado presentes dentro de la agenda nacional; por ello, uno de los objetivos en los diferentes planes de desarrollo ha sido combatir la inequidad y elevar el nivel de vida de la población. Empero, el espíritu de la Constitución de 1991 inspiró una filosofía igualitarista, por medio del reconocimiento de derechos fundamentales.
