Ciencia (económica), naturaleza y género

Abstract

El texto que se presenta a continuación propondrá algunas alternativas para que la ciencia económica, construida como paradigma de mecanismo para la legitimación del statu quo social y ecológico mediante el corte radical entre el “yo” del científico y el mundo que le rodea, dé un giro hacia el reconocimiento, no ya de actividades fuera del mercado, sino de una parte misma del ser humano que, actualmente, el discurso dominante no atiende. Para ello, será bueno repasar y repensar el pensamiento ecofeminista, uno de cuyos postulados es que las mujeres, por su especial socialización, son capaces de dar respuestas más eficaces para salvaguardar la vida en el planeta.
