El desplazamiento forzado y el despojo de la tierra: efectos de un modelo capitalista de producción en Boyacá periodo 1997 – 2007

Abstract

Este documento presenta los resultados de la investigación en curso sobre los efectos socioeconómicos del modelo capitalista, el problema de la tierra representa la variable más importante debido al estatus y poder que se deriva de su posesión. Trata de explicar el contexto histórico de acumulación capitalista, las estadísticas de la población desplazada por causa del conflicto armado que ha perdido su bien por excelencia, hace un elemental ejercicio para cuantificar el despojo, pero más allá, el análisis refiere la violación de los derechos humanos y el estado de cosas en que se mueven los organismos del Estado colombiano para afrontar el fenómeno y construir una política coherente y efectiva para restituir a las victimas.
