Ciudades: transformación histórica Y TICs

Abstract

Se observara como, en cada una de las etapas y modos de producción característicos, las ciudades se convierten en espacios o escenarios fundamentales de los procesos productivos, correspondientes a saberes y conocimientos determinados; se revisa la discusión sobre las Ciudades en la Globalización y se analiza la relación entre desarrollo tecnológico de ciudades y países, en relación con el PIB, para concluir que, los cambios introducidos por las TICs, aun no revelan la importancia económica de países y ciudades.
