El presupuesto comunitario:política y economía en la ampliación de la Unión Europea

Abstract

RESUMEN: Desde una perspectiva de dinámica económica y política, el texto disecciona la estructura del presupuesto de la Unión Europea en los tres grandes programas de impacto para la adhesión de los nuevos países miembros, llamados PECO, para demostrar que el costo de la ampliación de la Unión Europea de UE-15 a UE-27 resultó insignificante frente a las ventajas políticas y económicas que a mediano y largo plazo supone el nuevo mapa europeo.
