La revolución educativa en el plan de desarrollo hacia un Estado comunitario

Abstract

La idea central que se desarrolla en el presente texto gira alrededor del argumento queexpresa el pesimismo, que en el país en el corto y mediano plazo se puedan provocarcambios en profundidad en la estructura social y por ende en el proceso de formaciónde los ciudadanos en el sistema educativo colombiano; pues por más fuerza y radicalidadque se le impriman a un texto que se traduce en un cuerpo de normas destinadas amejorar la calidad educativa, no podrán conseguir las transformaciones deseadas si semantienen inalterables condiciones objetivas de profundas desigualdades económicasy sociales en la población colombiana.En los diversos estudios que se han realizado en Colombia en los últimos anos, semuestra una tendencia creciente en lo relativo al proceso de pauperización, arrastrandola crisis incluso a los sectores medios de la sociedad colombiana. En presencia de esteespectro todo esfuerzo encaminado a mejorar la calidad académica de los distintosniveles del sistema educativo y en ausencia de una transformación de las condicionesgenerales de vida de su población, será en el mejor de los casos una ilusión tan inocuacomo publicitaria.___________Resumen:The central idea that it is developed the present in text turns around the argument thatexpresses the pesimism, that in the country in the short and medium term can becaused changes in depth in the social structure and therefore in the process of formationof the citizens in the Colombian educative system; pués by more force and radicalidadthan are printed to him to a text that is translated in a body of norms destined toimprove the educative quality, will not be able to obtain the wished transformations ifunalterable objective conditions of deep economic and social inequalities in theColombian population stay. In the diverse studies that have been made in Colombia inthe last years, even is to an increasing tendency in relative to the pauperización process,dragging the crisis to the average sectors of the Colombian society. In the presence ofthis phantom all directed effort to improve the academic quality of the different levelsfrom the educative system and in absence of a transformation of the general conditionsof life of its population, will be in best of the cases a as innocuous illusion as advertising.
