Abstract

La experiencia en el comercio internacional y la integración económicademuestra que el aumento de éste, puede traer grandes beneficios, medidosen términos de empleo, inversión y crecimiento económico, reducción dela pobreza, fomentando en las naciones la capacidad para alcanzar a lospaíses industrializados.Con base en esta experiencia el Gobierno colombiano intenta promover unaintegración más dinámica con la economía de los Estados Unidos para estimularlas exportaciones y el crecimiento del Producto Nacional Bruto, PNB.__________ABSTRACT:The experience on international trade and economic integration show thatthe increasing of it can have great benefits, measured in terms ofemployment, investment an economic growth, falling poverty and enablingnations to catch up with industrialized countries.Based on this experience, the colombian Government intends to promote amore dynamic integration with the U.S. economy in order to stimulateexportation and the growth of Gross National Product, GNP.
