Las perspectivas de las zonas económicas especiales de exportación

Abstract

Con base en la actual globalización mundial de la economía y de la interdependenciacomercial, tecnológica y financiera de los países y de la experienciade la apertura económica de China, el gobierno colombiano proponela creación de las Zonas Económicas Especiales de Exportación, ZEEE, enlos departamentos de Narino, Valle del Cauca, Norte de Santander y Cesarpara aumentar y diversificar la exportación de bienes al resto del mundo.Para tal propósito el gobierno ha disenado el marco legal pertinente, dejandode lado aspectos vitales que procuran un resultado claro de los objetivos.En esa medida el artículo examina las acciones de política económica quedeberán llevarse a cabo en materia de educación, ciencia y tecnología yproducción de infraestructura que permitan a las regiones un aumento desu competitividad._________ABSTRACT:Based on world economic globalization and on the financial, technologicaland commercial interdependence among the countries and from the experienceconcerning the China economics, the Colombian government wantsto create the called Special Exportation Economic Zones at Narino, Valle delCauca, Norte de Santander and Cesar to increase and diversity the exportationof goods to the world. For this pourpose the Colombian government hasthe legal framework. Then, this article examines the global economic policyrelated to education, thechnology and infrastructure to reach the objectivesproposed for the zones mencioned above.
