Abstract

El artículo de Armando Di Filippo comienza haciendo un análisis de lo que es elpensamiento único para luego adentrarse en el estudio del institucionalismo y elneoinstitucionalismo. Pero el planteamiento central está enfocado a examinar porun lado el estructuralismo latinoamericano y la visión centro periferia, y por otro, lavisión centro periferia en el siglo XXI. De hecho, en el núcleo antes descrito sedetiene en conceptos fundamentales como son el Estado y el mercado, la proteccióny la forma en que se avanza y se profundiza el proceso de sustitución deimportaciones. Para finalizar, el autor, hace un contraste entre lo que son los modelosde crecimiento y los estilos de desarrollo y la forma en que deben ser explicados yasimilados cada uno de ellos.____________ABSTRACTThis article is an analysis of singular thought as well as a study ofinstitutionalism and neoinstitutionalism.The focus is on an approach to a South American Structuralism and center -peripheral sight in 21st century.The paper explains basic concepts such as: State, Trade, Protection andimport Substitution Process. At the end, the author compares growingpatterns and development styles and how we can explain and understandthem.
