Impactos da pandemia de COVID-19 sobre o empreendedorismo digital nas instituicoes bancárias brasileiras: uma análise a luz das forcas isomórficas

Abstract

Este estudo tem como objetivo avaliar as mudancas ocorridas em instituicoes bancárias brasileiras tradicionais em direcao ao empreendedorismo digital, em decorrencia da pandemia de COVID-19. A pesquisa é de natureza qualitativa e exploratória e foi realizada nas instituicoes Itaú Unibanco, Bradesco e Banco do Brasil. Os dados foram coletados por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas e avaliados sob a ótica do empreendedorismo digital e do isomorfismo institucional. Os resultados evidenciam mudancas na operacionalizacao dos negócios e no relacionamento com os clientes, com destaque a migracao da quase totalidade de produtos e servicos do formato físico para digital e avanco dos segmentos e escritórios digitais nas instituicoes. Com relacao ao isomorfismo, identificou-se a existencia de movimentos coercitivos, miméticos e normativos
