El perfil decisorio del empresario pyme de Bahía Blanca, Argentina: ¿qué variables lo caracterizan?

Abstract

El objetivo del presente trabajo fue categorizar empresarios de pymes de Bahía Blanca, Argentina, de acuerdo con su perfil decisorio (racional, heurístico, híbrido) y determinar qué variables lo caracterizan. El enfoque metodológico empleado fue cuantitativo y el método de investigación descriptivo-correlacional. Los resultados indicaron que el grupo más observado es el de perfil híbrido y que los empresarios más longevos, menos formados y cuya pyme presenta mayor antiguedad, son los más heurísticos. Con estos hallazgos se pretende que aquellos agentes vinculados con pymes puedan comprender cómo estas toman sus decisiones.
