La cultura organizacional y su influencia en la sustentabilidad empresarial. La importancia de la cultura en la sustentabilidad empresarial

Abstract

El objetivo de este estudio fue determinar cómo la cultura organizacional influye en la sustentabilidad empresarial, aplicado al caso de la industria cerámica en Tlaxcala, México. La metodología consistió en aplicar los criterios de los modelos de cultura de Denison y de desarrollo sustentable de Carro, Reyes, Rosano y Garnica, encaminados hacia los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sustentable. Para ello, se disenó un instrumento, se aplicó y se realizó un diagnóstico en la percepción de los factores de los modelos a través de un análisis inferencial. Los resultados revelaron que la cultura organizacional influye en las dimensiones social e institucional, concluyendo que es necesario desarrollar estrategias para que las dimensiones de sustentabilidad sean consideradas ejes sustantivos dentro de la cultura empresarial.
