Transferibilidad de competencias profesionales, impactos y estrategias en 2 estudios de caso en la frontera norte de México

Abstract

Esta investigación analiza la transferibilidad de competencias profesionales y sus impactos en las actividades de investigación y desarrollo de 2 multinacionales del sector electrónico en Baja California, México. La metodología se sustenta en la revisión de documentos, el estudio de caso, la entrevista en profundidad y la Encuesta de Evaluación de Sistemas Sociotécnicos. Los resultados compilan los elementos y las estrategias del contexto laboral que posibilitan o impiden la transferibilidad y los impactos de este proceso en la empresa. Las conclusiones destacan, en ambos casos, impactos positivos como el liderazgo en el mercado, las innovaciones y la adaptación de tecnología. Sin embargo, se senalan barreras corporativas que limitan su participación y competitividad en el mercado electrónico.
