Orientación de las organizaciones públicas al aprendizaje organizacional. El caso de los organismos descentralizados en el Estado de Sonora, México

Abstract

El objetivo de este artículo es analizar la orientación al aprendizaje organizacional de la administración pública mexicana a través de un estudio exploratorio realizado con organismos descentralizados, bajo la perspectiva de la nueva gerencia pública. Para ello se utilizó el modelo de organización que aprende, el cual contempla 10 variables. La información se recogió a través de una encuesta autoadministrada a servidores públicos. Los resultados muestran un nivel intermedio hacia el aprendizaje organizacional y algunas condiciones que requieren mejorar para lograr organizaciones que aprenden en el sector público. Además se comprueba la pertinencia de continuar estudios con mayor profundidad sobre el tema.
