Cooperación internacional para el desarrollo en el Valle del Cauca: un estudio de percepciones

Abstract

Este artículo analiza las percepciones de los actores de la cooperación internacional en el Departamento del Valle del Cauca sobre los procesos de cooperación internacional para el desarrollo. Los autores, luego de analizar las entrevistas en profundidad con distintos actores y documentos relevantes en la cooperación internacional en la región, argumentan que las percepciones de los actores clave inciden fuertemente en los procesos de cooperación, y destacan una diversidad muy amplia en las percepciones acerca de los mismos aspectos de cooperación internacional expresadas por los representantes del sector público, las organizaciones internacionales y los del sector privado, que no permiten una mejor coordinación de los flujos de cooperación internacional en la región.
