Abstract

RESUMENEste artículo busca mostrar, a travésde una revisión bibliográfica analítica,la pertinencia de la hipótesis queplantea la multilocalización como unade las mejores estrategias empresarialespara competir globalmente,específicamente, cuando las empresastienen ventajas competitivas y soncapaces de identificar y aprovecharlas ventajas comparativas de lasregiones. La principal implicaciónde esta hipótesis es que reclama unamayor atención sobre las nuevasnecesidades de habilidades empresarialespara ligar la ruptura de lacadena de valor que la integracióncomercial produce.
