Los contratos de estabilidad jurídica: Un estimulo a la inversión extranjera en Colombia

Abstract

La inversión extranjera en Colombiacuenta con un nuevo estímulo mediantela posibilidad que tienen losinversores de celebrar los denominadoscontratos de estabilidad jurídicacon el Estado colombiano. Previocumplimiento de unos requisitosesenciales, las personas naturales ojurídicas inversionistas, ya sean nacionaleso extranjeras, e inclusive losconsorcios, mediante estos contratospodrán obtener del Estado la garantíaque no se les modifi carán las normasactualmente vigentes consideradascomo determinantes de su inversión, por un término que puede oscilarentre tres y veinte anos.
